Manufacturing Facilities
| Garware Polyester Lymited is the only company in the world with a fully vertically integrated plant to manufacture Suncontrol films. They make everything in-house, right from DMT (Petrochemical) – Polyester chip - Polyester film dyeing – metalizing to the final laminated product. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, manned by the work force of 1,500, are located at Aurangabad, (Waluj, Chikalthana) and Nashik in Maharashtra, India. Apart from the DMT and PET chip facilities, they have four Bo PET film lines at two locations (Aurangabad and Maharashtra) that manufacture films in the 10-350 microns range, and have a capacity of 42,000 TPA. There are lines for super-clear films, one-side gravure coating, corona treatment etc. Our manufacturers use the latest equipment from Dornier-Germany, Siemens, Buhler, Measurex-USA, Max Control System-USA, Slitter Kampf-Germany and others. All the manufacturing sites follow a Zero Accident-Zero Incident Policy, to ensure the highest standards of safety and health. |
