Their quality control facilities help to bring out the best products to meet the most exacting requirements of the consumers. The quality control department has equipments like Particle Size Analyzer, Gas Chromotograph, Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), Fourier Transform-Infra Red Specrtrophotometer, Xenon Weatherometer, UV-vis-NIR Spectrophotometer ect. The center also has the facility to analyze samples through Volumetric and Gravimetric methods. R & D Research and development is a key focus at Garware. As a company, they are continuously investing in research to improve the existing products and develop new products that meet evolving customer needs. Their R&D facilities are recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, for their quality and track record. Their R&D centers are instrumental in developing the process of dyeing Polyester films. They have patented this process internationally. The R&D activities are carried out in Aurangabad, Waluj and Nashik. Their major achievements in polyester film include Solar Control films with polyester base, matte, opaque, super clear polyester films with pre-treatment, both online and off-line.
